Ingredients:

Meat

  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 14 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1tbs. onion powder
  • 14 cup tomato soup
  • 1 tbsp creole seasoning
  • cooking oil

Sauce

  • 1 cup tomato soup
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine venison, rice, egg, onion powder, creole seasoning and 14 cup tomato soup. Shape into balls
  2. Brown meatballs in skillet in oil over medium-high heat - than place in slow cooker
  3. In large bowl mix 1 cup tomato soup, water and soy sauce together and pour over meatballs
  4. Let cook several hours in slow cooker
